Ordering & Account

Eligibility, verification, payment and order changes.

Peptibolics supplies laboratory research compounds to qualified researchers, laboratories, universities and institutional buyers. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 21 years of age, that you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory or research setting, and that the material will be used strictly for in vitro research purposes.

Before purchase actions are enabled, we ask every visitor to confirm two things: that they are 21 years of age or older, and that they are ordering in a laboratory or research capacity. If you decline, you can still browse the catalogue, read technical documentation and use the reconstitution calculator — but add-to-cart and checkout remain disabled.

Your answer is stored locally in your browser. Clearing your site data, or selecting the verification prompt again from an add-to-cart action, lets you re-confirm and unlock purchasing.

You can browse freely without an account. Creating an account lets you keep order history, download Certificates of Analysis for past lots, and maintain a wishlist of compounds you re-order regularly.

Checkout accepts major credit cards processed through our secure payment provider. Card details are never stored on our servers. Institutional purchase orders can be arranged for repeat academic and commercial accounts — contact us before ordering.

Orders enter the fulfilment queue immediately, and most orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same day. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible — once a parcel has been labelled and handed to the courier it cannot be modified.

Because these are research chemicals whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our facility, all sales are final. If a shipment arrives damaged, or the analytical documentation does not match the vial you received, contact us with your order and lot number and we will resolve it.

Yes. Laboratories running larger studies or standing monthly orders can request volume pricing and consolidated invoicing. Reach out with the compounds, presentations and approximate quantities you need.

We regularly add compounds based on researcher demand. Send us the sequence or common name and the presentation you need and we will confirm availability and lead time.

Shipping & Delivery

Vancouver dispatch, same-day cut-off, transit times and free shipping.

All orders ship from our facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Domestic Canadian shipping means no customs brokerage, no border delays and no import paperwork — a meaningful difference compared with sourcing from overseas vendors.

Orders placed and paid before 14:00 ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on statutory holidays are dispatched the next business day. The countdown shown in your cart reflects the live time remaining before the cut-off.

Standard tracked transit is typically 1–5 business days nationwide, with major metropolitan areas often receiving next-business-day delivery. Remote and northern postal codes may require additional transit time.

Free standard shipping applies automatically once your cart subtotal reaches $250 CAD. Your cart displays exactly how much more is needed to qualify, and the shipping line updates as soon as the threshold is met.

A flat-rate tracked shipping fee is applied at checkout for orders under the $250 CAD threshold. The exact amount is always shown in the order summary before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Applicable Canadian taxes are calculated on your order subtotal and shown as a separate line in the order summary before payment.

Yes. A tracked courier label is generated for every order and the tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Vials are packed in protective inserts inside a discreet, unbranded outer parcel. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents. Documentation, including the batch reference, is enclosed inside.

Contact us with your order and tracking number. We will open a trace with the carrier and work with you on a resolution once the investigation is complete.

Our standard service is domestic Canadian shipping. If you are an institutional buyer outside Canada, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we are able to fulfil your request.

Yes, provided the order is being purchased in a research capacity. Many independent researchers receive shipments at a home office. A signature may be required depending on the courier service used.

Temperature Protection

The optional $9.99 CAD thermal shipping upgrade — what it is and when to add it.

Temperature Protection is an optional $9.99 CAD shipping upgrade. Your order is packed with an insulated thermal mailer and a refrigerated gel pack to help minimize heat exposure during transit. While we cannot guarantee a specific internal temperature throughout shipping, this packaging provides an added layer of protection during transport.

No. It is never included automatically and is not part of the base shipping rate. It is an opt-in add-on you select in the cart before checkout, and it appears as its own line in the order summary when enabled.

Standard shipping is suitable for most orders. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are designed for storage in their dry form. Thermal Protection provides an additional layer of protection against heat exposure during shipping, particularly during warm weather or extended transit times.

Consider adding it during summer months, for shipments to warmer regions, for remote destinations where transit may extend beyond the typical 1–5 business days, or whenever a parcel may sit in an unconditioned space before you can retrieve it.

No. It reduces heat exposure risk but does not guarantee a specific internal temperature for the duration of transit. It is protective packaging, not a validated cold-chain service.

Open your cart and toggle the Temperature Protection option before proceeding to checkout. The $9.99 CAD charge is added to your order summary immediately so you can see the final total before paying.

No. Free shipping is calculated on your product subtotal. Temperature Protection is a separate add-on and is charged even when standard shipping is free.

Quality, Purity & Testing

How every batch is analysed, released and documented.

Every batch is analysed by reverse-phase HPLC and must establish purity of ≥99% before it is released for distribution. Batches that do not meet specification are not sold.

Molecular weight is confirmed by ESI mass spectrometry, and sequence identity is verified against the expected structure. Full spectra are retained and can be provided on request.

Yes. LAL testing is performed on each batch to confirm endotoxin remains below 0.5 EU/mg.

A signed COA includes the HPLC chromatogram and calculated purity, the mass spectrum and identity confirmation, appearance, water content, endotoxin result, and the batch or lot number printed on your vial — so the document and the product in your hand are directly traceable to each other.

Compounds are lyophilised and filled in controlled cleanroom conditions, then sealed under inert atmosphere to protect the peptide cake from moisture and oxidation.

Yes. A retention sample of every distributed batch is archived so that analytical claims can be independently re-tested if a question arises later.

Analytical reports supplied on our verification page are third-party generated for the specific lot. If your institution requires independent re-testing, we can supply the retained material reference details needed for that process.

Batch Verification & Resellers

Confirming authenticity by lot number and checking authorized resellers.

Enter the lot number from your vial or box on our Verify page. If the lot is in our system, you will see the compound, the release date and a downloadable third-party analytical report (COA) for that exact batch.

The lot number is printed on the vial label and repeated on the outer carton and the documentation enclosed with your shipment. It is typically an alphanumeric code unique to that production run.

First re-check the characters — zeros and the letter O are commonly confused. If the lot still does not resolve, contact us immediately with a photo of the label. A lot number that does not exist in our system may indicate product that did not originate from Peptibolics.

Use the reseller check on the Verify page. Authorized partners are listed there with their region. Any seller not listed has not been authorized to distribute our compounds, and we cannot stand behind the storage or handling of product they supply.

Stop using the material and contact us with the lot number, the seller details and photos of the labelling and packaging. Counterfeit reports are investigated and, where warranted, escalated.

Yes. Certificates for released batches are viewable on the product page and through the Verify page, so you can review the analytical data before you commit to an order.

Storage, Handling & Reconstitution

Keeping material stable before and after reconstitution.

Store sealed lyophilised vials at −20°C, protected from light. In their dry form peptides are considerably more stable than in solution, and typical lyophilised shelf life is up to 24 months under proper storage.

As a general guide, reconstituted solutions are held at 2–8°C for up to 14 days, or aliquoted and frozen at −20°C for longer storage. Some compounds tolerate longer refrigerated windows — always follow the storage note on the specific product page.

Bacteriostatic water contains a preservative and is generally preferred where the solution will be stored and accessed over multiple days. Sterile water is appropriate for immediate single-use preparation. Both are introduced the same way.

Let the vial reach room temperature, then introduce the solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial — never inject directly onto the peptide cake. Allow the cake to dissolve without agitation, and swirl gently if needed. Never shake.

Use our reconstitution calculator. Enter the vial strength, the volume of solvent and your target quantity, and it returns the concentration and the corresponding volume on an insulin syringe, with a shareable link you can send to a colleague.

Avoid it. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles degrade peptides. Aliquot into single-use volumes in low-bind tubes so each aliquot is thawed only once.

A properly reconstituted solution should be clear. Cloudiness, precipitate or visible particulate suggests incomplete dissolution, an unsuitable solvent, or degradation. Do not use it in an assay — contact us with the lot number.

For most compounds the solution is clear and colourless. Copper-complexed peptides such as GHK-Cu produce a deep blue solution — that colour is expected and reflects the copper coordination.

Use aseptic technique with nitrile gloves, ideally in a laminar flow hood. Keep vials sealed until use, minimise time at room temperature, and record the lot number in your lab notes alongside your results.

Products & Presentations

Vial sizes, variations, kit contents and stock.

Several compounds are offered in more than one presentation — for example 10mg and 30mg. Selecting a size on the product page updates the price, SKU and stock status so you always see the exact item you are ordering.

Eligible compounds ship as a complete kit that includes a 2mL vial of bacteriostatic water alongside the lyophilised peptide, so you can reconstitute without sourcing solvent separately.

A sealed lyophilised vial of the compound, the included bacteriostatic water where applicable, protective packaging inserts, and documentation referencing the batch number so you can pull the matching COA.

Product pages display a unit price alongside the vial price so you can compare presentations directly. It is simply the vial price divided by the milligram strength of that presentation.

Out-of-stock presentations are marked on the product page and cannot be added to the cart. Stock status reflects live inventory, so an item reappears as soon as the next released batch is available.

Molecular formula, molecular mass, CAS number and sequence are properties of the compound itself. Purity, appearance, water content and endotoxin are batch-specific and reported on the COA for your lot.

Yes — product imagery shows the Peptibolics presentation, and hovering a product card reveals the full kit as shipped.
